Q: Is Stacey Golden-Lisnock available for private coaching in addition to or in replace of the course?

Q: Do I have lifetime access to the course after I purchase it?
A: Yes! You will be able to access the course as often as you'd like.
Q: Do you offer group discounts?
A: Yes! Fill out the contact us form at the bottom of the page and let us know your group size and we will get back to you with a custom group rate and instructions on how to proceed.
Q: If I am unsatisfied, how do I get my money back?
A: We only want raving fans, so if you are anything but satisfied with the course we will offer a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. You must be able to show proof that you completed the course and put together your Emergency Info File but did not find it to be a viable or satisfactory end product.

Q: Can I give the Emergency Info File course as a gift?
A: Yes! Simply purchase the course like you normally would and create custom login details and give them to whomever you'd like.
Q: Is there a payment plan available for the course?
A: We currently offer a payment plan for those who prefer to make payments of $97/month for 12 months.
